Surah Al-Inshirah is the 94th chapter of the Quran, consisting of 8 verses. It emphasizes the relief and comfort that Allah grants to those who are patient, with the ultimate reward in the Hereafter. Below are the verses of this Surah.
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
أَلَمْ نَشْرَحْ لَكَ صَدْرَكَ ١
Did We not expand for you, [O Muhammad], your breast? (1)
وَوَضَعْنَا عَنْكَ وِزْرَكَ ٢
And We removed from you your burden (2)
الَّذِي أَنْقَضَ ظَهْرَكَ ٣
Which had weighed upon your back (3)
وَرَفَعْنَا لَكَ ذِكْرَكَ ٤
And raised high for you your repute. (4)
فَإِنَّ مَعَ الْعُسْرِ يُسْرًا ٥
For indeed, with hardship [will be] ease. (5)
إِنَّ مَعَ الْعُسْرِ يُسْرًا ٦
Indeed, with hardship [will be] ease. (6)
فَإِذَا فَرَغْتَ فَانْصَبْ ٧
So when you have finished [your duties], then stand up [for worship]. (7)
وَإِلَىٰ رَبِّكَ فَارْغَبْ ٨
And to your Lord direct [your] longing. (8)
