Surah Al-Asr is the 103rd chapter of the Quran, consisting of 3 verses. It emphasizes the value of time and the importance of righteous deeds, truth, and patience. Below are the verses of this Surah.
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
وَالْعَصْرِ ١
By time, (1)
إِنَّ الْإِنْسَانَ لَفِي خُسْرٍ ٢
Indeed, mankind is in loss, (2)
إِلَّا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ وَتَوَاصَوْا بِالْحَقِّ وَتَوَاصَوْا بِالصَّبْرِ ٣
Except for those who have believed and done righteous deeds and advised each other to truth and advised each other to patience. (3)
