Surah Al-Fatiha is the 1st chapter of the Qur'an, revealed in Makkah. It consists of 7 verses and is considered the most important Surah, recited in every unit of prayer.
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ ١
In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful. (1)
الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ ٢
[All] praise is [due] to Allah, Lord of the worlds - (2)
الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ ٣
The Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful, (3)
مَالِكِ يَوْمِ الدِّينِ ٤
Sovereign of the Day of Recompense. (4)
إِيَّاكَ نَعْبُدُ وَإِيَّاكَ نَسْتَعِينُ ٥
It is You we worship and You we ask for help. (5)
اهْدِنَا الصِّرَاطَ الْمُسْتَقِيمَ ٦
Guide us to the straight path - (6)
صِرَاطَ الَّذِينَ أَنْعَمْتَ عَلَيْهِمْ غَيْرِ الْمَغْضُوبِ عَلَيْهِمْ وَلَا الضَّالِّينَ ٧
The path of those upon whom You have bestowed favor, not of those who have evoked [Your] anger or of those who are astray. (7)
